Treat Yourself as Someone Who's Worth Taking Care Of

The first great commandment is to love the lord your god with all you have, based with all yor heart, mine, soul and strength. Do i treat myself as some one worth taking care of if i'm called to love my neighbor? Yes, absolutely. To love your neighbor as you love yourself means that you must first love yourself. The way sometimes we talk to ourselves is so violent, is so undestructive, so condescending, is so insulting and demeaning.
