Darrell rice was the person that john ashcroft and the d o j of two thousand and two indicted for the crime, for the crimes. He is a young computer programmer from outside of baltimore who has lifelong mental health challenges by polar and skitzopernia. Dal rice is a really avid cyclist, and he would spend a lot of week ends cycling through the park. On this particular week end in july seven, he had been fired. His life is completely unravelling by this point. And while he is arrested and being held, they use it as an opportunity to put the focus of the investigation on him.
