Ike: It's very hard to create that arbitrary distinction between inapt purchase s, and inapt purchasers for digit or goods. I could see a world in which if you let developers just send people out to a web view, they would actually cut off inapt purchases from the second category. Ike: Android is different in that they do charge 30 %, but they let you kick out to aweb page if you prefer.
