A bad problem statement is we want to increase revenue, but also want to reduce churn. We can do this by either increasing price, adding subscribers or fighting new ways to engage users. This is a poor problem statement because it does not define the core problem that we're trying to solve. Let's look at an example of how product managers could make a bad problem statement very easily if they jumble too many things into one sentence.
