The Importance of Opportunity for Blacks
R2D: People say black students don't have access to opportunity because they didn't go to Yale or Harvard. He says it's a ridiculous cartoon, but the fact is that Prop 209 did not lower their incomes. R2D: The media wasn't interested in that; if you have any way of drawing some sort of link between Prop 209 and people's earnings 30 years later, I'm not sure I quite understood that.
