I've Always Said, Oh My God, I'm Doing Good Work

i think there's an implicit assumption out there that people who are obviously smart and doing good work should be knowing automatically how to do, how to smartly do good work. That doesn't mean you're stupid, not at all. I think also in terms of formal training, or even formal thinking about management, san they don't get it. And i think anything that can help them bring those things together and really make their processes much smoother is only a good thing.
