Scaling Up EC2 Simulations
We've been working on this since kind of the end of last year. We had this goal of reaching a million entities. And it doesn't, a million is like a big number and it doesn't sound like a lot until you actually then go and see a million things walking around your simulation. It's a million objects updating at 30 times per second. This is actually distributed across 10 EC2 instances.
