What's a Doctor's View on Seaman Retention?

I don't really know too much about it, to be honest. The stuff we learned in medical school is like, if you're having a heart attack, what's going to happen? And yet, those are less interesting questions than how much water should you drink or I've stubbed my toe. So I wish I had a better answer of semen retention, but I would have to look into it.
