Do You Have Any Additional Thoughts About the Opposition?

Sara: The political fall to the opinion is interesting to me because, ah, i think there's a lot of sincerely held feelings about it. But some of it i just discount as not being a consistent so for instance, saying that now the court is nakedly partisan. A problem with that is that we didn't hear those types of claims back when row was decided. And then third, of course, you can't say both. You can't say that this, ah rove waite is incredibly popular, abortion rights are incredibly popular. Also, we can't leave it up to states, because then, a, abortion rights won't be protected. All right, let's
