How to Price a Company at a Discount?

Peter lynch says to pay a discount relative to its historical valuations, and at the same time, you want consistency and earnings. He often talks about dunkan doughnuts because he knows people are gong to go to duncan doughnuts. And then finally, nac fo share how much casually producing, so that'll coincide with the valuation that you paid for the company.
