Fred Destin: I did not want to be a venture capitalist, I wanted to be an entrepreneur. He was working at a consulting firm, Booz Allen and Hamilton in 2000 when he got the call from his former partner at Softbank about joining them as an associate. "I guess I've been at the dark side ever since" said Destin who has remained on TV but is now involved with several start-ups including one that will go public later this year called Bittrex.
