You first need to establish a goal for the community component of your bootcamp. Then from there, create three to five hashtags that you can introduce to your group. Hashtags are also useful for group admins on Facebook because you can set up moderator alerts around them. Each post in your bootcamp group should just be about one thing and one call to action like tell them what to do.
