I Love Customer Success and Machine Learning
I love customer success because it is one of the few functions that touches every point of an organization, so you're dealing with product, engineering, sales, support. So I just love the dual nature of benefits that come from B2B infrastructure. What I love is the people in process aspect of complex technology solutions. And there isn't anything more complex today than machine learning in terms of getting value out of it and something that is prone to failure. It's a very good route into ML because MLOps is fundamentally a software engineering IT DevOps type of challenge.
