In 2002, Hero is this attempt not just to ride on the coattails of Cratchit Tiger, but also to say we can make movies that can compete with these Hollywood blockbusters on their terms. It was a $30 million super production with Jet Li, big mainland star and like, a Hong Kong stars and a rogue scallory of all the biggest Hong Kong stars. And it's just like a fluffy action film. That wire work clunky as hell, but the angly demanded to shoot it a particular way that you will ping did not want to shoot.
