The Importance of Introversion in User Research

I find that quite a lot of researchers are pretty shy and pretty introverted or ambivert. So you can be okay in both situations, but you also need to recharge, but maybe not as much as somebody who's introverted. There are some tendencies of introverted people that make for very great researchers. You don't have to be introverted to be successful as a user researcher.
