Mindfulness Meditation, or Self Awareness Abolutely Yes
If you're self aware, you know what you're feeling and thinking. You don't necessarily need to be doing mindfulness meditation to have that ability. Psychotherapy is a good another modality for self awareness. Lots of ways to get at this. For me, the meditation really helps. And i will say that my ability to be self aware varies from day to day, from moment to moment. Sometimes actually im on my game andi i catch anger or fear before i do something phenomenally stupid. A marrying well is will help you in this department.
