Isn't there some presumption that I can be more interested in my own well-being than that of another? The whole foundation of property comes down to you and your body. If anything, if property rights make any sense at all, then your body is the first and foremost property right. It turns it more into a good Samaritan type of the minimally good Samaritan and the really good Samaritan.
