Fela Koudi - The Music of the Future

After a trip to America in 1969, Fela Koudi became politically minded. He saw how black people were being oppressed and how they were fighting against the oppression. While he was in jail, Fela had what he called his first encounter with prisoners. The other artist I could think of who used his music really effectively as a political weapon was Bob Marley. So unfortunately Bob Marley died very early so they didn't get a chance to meet him.
