Teans are vulnerable because their parents are putting them in these programmes. And the parents because they just don't know what to do. Lack resources. It's not like these parents can afford to spend all this money on their kids, but they do it. All of a sudden they're in this sunk cost fallacy. Mind said lovelike, well, i already spent all this money, so i'm not going to pull my kid out. Nobody is going to justify their mistakes more than someone who's made a really, really bad mistake.
