Mental resilience is the key to success and consistency. Overtime is yor abil to have resilience in a game. I think what makes sports great is that you can have a poor game and then use the weak to recalibrate. So i always focused on, what are my rebound opportunities off of a bad play that are within my control? And it's like a lot of it was like effort getting back on defense. A bad shot or turn the ball over. Control the controllable.

Rabil spent 14 years as a professional lacrosse player in the United States and in 2019 co-founded the Premier Lacrosse League, where he played for the final three seasons of his career before retiring in 2021. He was a 10-time All-Star in Major League Lacrosse, where he also won two league titles. He also won two World Lacrosse Championship gold medals.
