Elizabeth and I like to get to an airport early. And we'll often have a lot of downtime. So it's another way to make use of that time. When is it time to push out of the comfort zone, try things that are going to make you feel maybe a little bit insecure or defensive or anxious? We want to accept ourselves but also expect more from ourselves. Only we can know when are we accepting ourselves in a way that's positive and realistic and embracing the truth about ourselves.
