Coming from a very religious background, and then also coming from an estimate minority, you know, family is just so tricky, and they feel so judged. And do you know that, like, therapy is a white person thing, like a weak, white complaining thing? It's almost like we're trying to prove ourselves to them. Yet that makes strong.
