Taking Counsel and Judgment and Setting These Things Into Action
There is what's called judgment. It's not enough simply to examine and gather up all therelevant possibilities before us. We have to render some judgment about those possibilities. In baptism, it's renewed through the sacraments of the eucharist and reconciliation. And then finally, in addition to judgment, a moment of command. This is the moment where you actually put counsel and judgment to action.
