Introduction

In pursuit of development with dan band, one of the true joys of acidemia is the opportunity we have to interact with bright, young, energetic and enthusiastic students. The student's name is ingri harwald kvan graven, and i am delighted to have her as a guest on this podcast. She went on to study development studies at the london school of economics and then did her phd in economics at the new school. Her research focuses on the roll of finance, ind structural features of under development, the political economy of development, including the role of international institutions. And most importantly, she critically assesses the economics field.
