Is Mobile Killing the Web?

Web design is just like now it's just kind of a small piece of this bigger thing, experience design or UX design, whatever you want to call it. I think that many people are resisting to the idea that mobile is less used than before. There is an article by Andrassen Horowitz which is about a mobile killing the web. The usage numbers of web are declining. Even if we are currently accessing content in a web format, that's not a requirement anymore.
