A belief, a belief in itself, is something you tell yourself again and again and again. So i think what we have to do is we need to challenge our beliefs. Stress tests the assusion we make about our life. If your here to day, you've coped with lots of things in your life. You can change your internal dialogue. You change your self talk. And by changing your self talk, you change how you feel, you change the consequences of your actions and ultimately change your life.
