Why Doesn't It Work?
Tory: I like to get everybody on the same page. If anybody has any grievances, you've created the opening for them to voice it. They feel heard. Even if people might not agree with it, just the fact that you're giving them a medium to be heard is often a very big deal. And then what happens is it usually facilitates, in my experience, a healthy discussion of debate. He says he likes to understand way beforehand, who's actually gonna do it and then pre-align with them.
