i sense that when your leaders approach others from outside the organization with that mind set, that has to be inspiring for the entire organization. i think it's like an organizational humilitya yet, we're just not on transmit saying, hey, look at us. But i think there really, it really does demonstrate our curiosity to learn from others. It's super energizing, ecause you're passionate about what you do.
