Is There a Recession Coming?
Spencer: We're basically already in a recession, but people just won't call it that. A housing crisis is probably going to happen because as Kix was saying, nobody wants to be moving or selling the house where interest rates are so high. The thing is, when is it officially a recession based on the Fed? Is whenever they decide it's a recession.
