Is This a New Bull Market?
I still feel like at some levels we're working out of the negative sentiment bubble that we were in when the market was actually pounding its lows last fall. And if you see those two sectors get going on the upside with, you know, large cap stocks leading the rallies, I don't know what the bear's plan is because at that point, the indices are all up and gone. So it gets really, really hairy. My meter on whether or not a new bull market has started is sort of right down the middle,. You know, 45, 55% chance. The more price action does what it does today, the more chance it looks like a bull market's coming.
