The Problem With Over-Consumerism on TikTok
I feel like so many people use social media in that way especially on TikTok where it's like people are constantly doing a haul and they're like styling my new. It's really frustrating because I do feel like even when people are thrifting and like you know taking stuff out of Goodwill which would end uplike in landfills anyway is still promoting this idea of over-consumerism to your followers. When we can acknowledge that we can slow down but if not we're gonna like it's just gonna be a new version of like whole culture.
