How to Overturn Systems and Structures That Are in Place
With this program, it sounds like there is a curriculum and that you have structure in what you share with the students. And I'm wondering though on the other side of that, how much space is there for participants to request to learn certain things in the process because of people coming from different backgrounds? We've been running apprenticeship programs here since 2008 and everybody walks through the door with a different set of skills, different strengths, different deficiencies that they're wishing to fill out. So we want to meet people where they're at and flow with that.
