How to Make Fitbit's Report Bug Enabled
Pebble collects raw metrics from the device, numbers such as battery life. The support team could pull that dashboard up and see over the last 10 days what were the metrics and the device looking like so that they could help. For engineers, we could kind of see if there was a weird regression or if the accelerometer was stuck on due to a new bug.
