Don't Sell Your Lc Interest to Your Partner
Jen: Don't sell the property from the l c to him. Have him buy you out of the llc, and he can own it a hundred%. So just let's have him. L c will still own the property. It's good for him, cause he's not going to have to claim tax on his piece of appreciation - but that way there's no more partnership tax return.
