The Supreme Court Overturns Affirmative Action in Educational Admissions

I don't know whether this week, the affirmative action decisions from the Supreme Court or come out or not so I am I'm recording this before we know but if I presume that the Supreme Court is going overturn affirmative action in educational admissions and other other factors. That has its root in exactly this sort of thing the creation of educational standards by which matters other than simple performance on tests and ability to pay or something like that came into being. And here we are 100 years after the position of a lot of these rules. Now who's defending them are the people who supposedly speak the language of egalitarianism and the fact that barriers on the basis of race and gender and other things should not exist.
