The Virtue and Merit of Bureaucracies

I think it's just important to remember that bureaucracies are the sort of like for all the flack that they get. Every large company that is efficient at doing something is a bureaucracy. People should pay attention to that. I mean, not that they're not important, but yeah, overrated. But this idea that you should really be do something that you're passionate about and you should really persist in the face of failure. You know, maybe those virtue to taking off a job where you can sort of do something,. go home and enjoy your life and just sort of say that work is work. And that's why I get paid for it.
