The Importance of Professionalism in Giving and Taking

I've worked with some groups throughout the world and it's actually when a local group of people who are who have had lived experience mixed in with professionalism. So you get people who have lived in poverty and in need. And if you mix them up, if you get the cocktail, the ingredients right, you can't have two much lived experience and you kind of too much profession. But I would love to take some people to the very edge and leave them there so that they could do that. The Simon community took young people and put them in with the living everyday life of people who were wretched and had been on the streets. And the experiences they had were something that brought them so close
