After meditating for 90 days, I stopped at a red light and I noticed my body get tense. It wasn't until I became aware of it and then felt it that it could be a reality. And so it makes me wonder like, how many other things like that exist where I'm doing things and I'm meditating for, I don't know, like four years. There are layers to this of my own behavior, my own patterns, my own action that I've yet to discover, which is so exciting.
