The top three resources that buyers wanted to find upfront and easily is pricing, demos, or free trials. And then, customer stories, reviews, anything that's kind of like that validation. So I think with self-service, it's the brands that are giving that information upfront. They're actually building trust with the buyer because they're not gatekeeping important information.
