Allen Quinn's Story

Allen quinn was a black restaurant owner in Mississippi during the '60s. She would feed white activists at her restaurant south of the border, something that just black and white people did not eat together. The state often ticketed her for having illegal liquor. Her daughter confirmed that she was also a boot legger.
