I think that one of the things that's really important is that you can set down as many guidelines as you want but you'll get feedback that that works and that doesn't work. Some of these roles are volunteer roles you're not necessarily compensating them so they have to be boundaried around their time, he says. We learn from like each interaction and each experience from the various number of people that we have recruited according to what I've seen him do in his role at NASA.
