I'm Excited About Flying

Maria de Plutis is one of the Freekandomics radio listeners who sent in an audio diary for the series we've been doing on airline travel. She has always loved planes and airports, waking up at 3am to take a cab when everyone else is sleeping. I will be flying to the Greek island Chios to see my uncle who lives on that island. He has cancer and things aren't going so well with his health. It's been about 15 years since I've been back so there's a lot of catching up to do.
