What do you think most people get wrong in the 28 to 36 range? I wish I would have known that the energy I had was finite. testosterone levels drop one percent a year after the age of 30 like all else equal the older we get the less energy we have and I felt like every single day but from 2014 to 2016 I follow Gary around everywhere he went I can't relate to the obsession theme anymore but I still love looking at it because I love the energy There's some nostalgia there's some like I and look it's probably different for everyone right meaning physical and mental and spiritual energy in general.
