Michel: I would say just continually treat this as a craft that you're never really going to perfect, and that's ok. Just keep on trying. The second thing is one of the books that i readh i don'tyu remember how long ago it was, i go back to bcause i think it's critically important. Its called the hard things about hard things, van herwits. And i think hard things are the learning to be a piece with hard things is an important scale,. Because management is hard. Business gets really hard at times. You have to kind of just have the confidence to just plough through and keep on going and not let things overwhelm
