What Do the Students Need Me For?

What do the students need me for? This is a fundamental piece of when I'm working with faculty on my interpretation of a flipped model. You know, in my work, the flip is different than the way it's defined sort of out there. And if you're spending your time on busy work with them, then you've made what I think is an inappropriate decision as a teacher. It really boils down to that.
