The Importance of Web APIs in Workflow

Sally Kohn: I was playing around with Trello as a way to just visually move around work. She says she realized that all of these apps are using web URLs and the public API is to talk to each other. Kohn: If I am using a tool that has an impact on my work, my feeling now is it has to have an API. It's something we're going to talk about later on in the show.
