B m o commercial property has actually been the best performer in share price terms over the last year or so, when i looked at the figures anyway. That's probably a reflection of the fact that it performed pretty well during the pandemic. And my recollection is it didn't cut its dividend at all, so i think it was one of the few ta preserved its dividend level. B m o real estate investments are got on a 20 % discount.
