How Do You Have a Culture of Diversity in Research?
The work required to recruit a more diverse study population has impacted us, both personally and structurally. The degree of authority i have fallen on the rocky shoals of how little i actually understand of others is very far from my own personal experience. So by involving our team with a community of participants and sharing we began shift our stance towards this entire enterprise of doing human subject's research.
