Public rhetoric could be much better about this. I mean, it's one thing for people to actually know the numbers, the probabilities, and then its something entirely different for them to kind of understand what they mean. Are human brains actually generally capable of holding these kinds of am constant probabilities and fluctuations in their minds? Or is the truth that we all just uknow, we have habits and cognitive processes of short cuts because we literally can't handle the mental load.
