Is There a New Way to Get Hair Product Recommendations?
I don't think it really provides any mind-blowing information unless the consumer is like, oh, wow, I wasn't aware my pores were that large. It's more a consumer awareness and keeping them engaged and using products. But in terms of the length of the hair, it was actually really cool because just looking at a split end, I could tell how the split end came to be about. Was it thermal? Was it mechanical? Was it other types of chemical stress on the hair?
